We respectfully decline offering payment plans due to the increased cost for billing, and our efforts to run an efficient well-organized hospital without rising costs due to non-payment. It has been our experience that when a client owes money he or she becomes offended when a billing statement arrives. We want you to stay our client with a happy, long-term relationship.

All checks require positive identification and are subject to bank verification. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who presents a check with insufficient funds. Our office is self-sufficient and is not supported by the U.S. Government.
